Trade Practices Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Trade Practices Regulations is amended—

• (a)

  by omitting from Form G “Regulation 7” and substituting “Regulation 9”; and

• (b)

  by omitting from item 2 (b) in Form G “that would or may constitute the practice of exclusive dealing” and substituting “or proposed conduct”.
