  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 4).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 14 December 2010.

  1. Amendment of Trade Practices Regulations 1974

Schedule 1 amends the Trade Practices Regulations 1974.
