Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence as follows:

(a)on 8 June 2010 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1.

(b)on 1 July 2010 — regulation 4 and Schedule 2.
