I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Trade Practices Act 1974.

1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day on which item 13 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Energy Market Amendment (AEMO and Other Measures) Act 2009 commences.

1. Amendment of Trade Practices Regulations 1974

Schedule 1 amends the Trade Practices Regulations 1974.
