Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 2).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day on which item 13 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Energy Market Amendment (AEMO and Other Measures) Act 2009 commences.

Amendment of Trade Practices Regulations 1974
Schedule 1 amends the Trade Practices Regulations 1974.
