  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 12 June 2008.

  1. Amendment of Trade Practices Regulations 1974

Schedule 1 amends the Trade Practices Regulations 1974.
