These Regulations are the
Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 2) .
These Regulations commence on 1 July 2000.
Schedule 1 amends the
Trade Practices Regulations 1974 .

insert
28AA Unconscionable coduct in business transactions — prescribed amounts (Act s 51AC)
(1) For subsection 51AC (9) of the Act, the amount of $3 000 000.00 is prescribed.
(2) For subsection 51AC (10) of the Act, the amount of $3 000 000.00 is prescribed.
