 These regulations are the Trade Practices Regulations 1974.

    In these regulations:

Act means the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Competition Code has the same meaning as in Part XIA of the Act.

proprietary companyhas the same meaning as in subsection 45A (1) of the Corporations Law.

    a notice given after the first notice under subsection 93 (1) of the Act (an additional notice) about conduct of a kind mentioned in subsection 47 (2), (3), (4) or (5), or paragraph 47 (8) (a) or (b) or (9) (a), (b) or (c), of the Act; or

    an additional notice, given by a person other than an individual or a proprietary company, about conduct of a kind mentioned in subsection 47 (6) or (7), or paragraph 47 (8) (c) or (9) (d), of the Act.
