I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Trade Practices Amendment (National Access Regime) Act 2006, fix 1 October 2006 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
