I, JOHN LANDY, Administrator of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Trade Practices Amendment (Australian Energy Market) Act 2004, fix 23 May 2005 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
