TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974

Determination under section 152AQA

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission determines, pursuant to section 152AQA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (the Act), that the pricing principles and price-related terms and conditions specified in Schedule 1 are to apply to the Domestic Mobile Terminating Access Service, declared under section 152AL of the Act.

Note: For the effect of this determination, see subsection 152AQA(6) of the Act.

SCHEDULE 1

Part 1 - Pricing Principles

The price of the Domestic Mobile Terminating Access Service should be determined on the basis of total service long run incremental cost plus (i.e. TSLRIC+) of the service.

Part 2 - Price-related terms and conditions

The price of access to the Domestic Mobile Terminating Access Service for the time period specified is outlined below:

1 July 2007 – 31 December 2008 9 cpm
