Trade Measurement Amendment

Regulations 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Trade Measurement Amendment Regulations 2008.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows:

" $9.80 ".
(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Trade
Measurement Regulations 2007.

4.            Regulation 111 amended

(1) Regulation 111(2)(a) is amended by deleting "$9.50" and

inserting instead —

(2) Regulation 111(3) is amended by deleting "$9.50" and inserting

instead -
" $9.80 "

5.            Regulation 112 amended

Regulation 11 2(2)(a) is amended by deleting "$21.00" and inserting instead -

$21.70 ".

6.            Regulation 113 amended

Regulation 1 13(3)(a) is amended by deleting "$21 .00 and inserting instead -

" $21.70 ".

7.            Schedule 5 replaced

Schedule 5 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -

3.	Periodic licence for servicing licences under the

(a) test a batch of measuring instruments for the

purposes of certification or re-certification; or

(b) certify or re-certify measuring instruments.
