Amendments of the Trade Marks Regulations 1913.

" (
c ) the date on which the application for registration of the registered user was made and the date of registration of the registered user; and" (
d ) where the registration is subject to any conditions or restrictions—(i) any of those conditions or restrictions imposed by the Registrar in pursuance of sub-section (6.) of section 31a of the Act ; and
(ii) a reference to the application for registration of the registered user in which the conditions or restrictions are specified and to any application of the registered proprietor of the trade mark to which the registration relates as a result of which the conditions or restrictions were varied."; and

b )by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation :—“ (2.) Notwithstanding anything contained in the last preceding sub-regulation, where an applicant under sub-section. (5.) of section 31a of the Act requires the Registrar to take steps for securing that any completed form of application is not disclosed to any other person except by order of the Court, the entry in the Register of a registered user shall specify any conditions or restrictions, and any variation of those conditions or restrictions, to which the registration is subject ".

" 6aa. On applications made at the same time for registration of the same registered user of more than one registered trade mark of the same registered proprietor subject to the same conditions and restrictions in each case—
