THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Trade Marks Regulations 1913.
“65. If the application for renewal is granted, the Registrar shall notify the applicant that the registration has been renewed and will remain in force until the date specified in the notification.”.
