I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulations under the
Trade Marks Act 1995 . Dated 7 July 1999.

These regulations are the
Trade Marks Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 1) .
These regulations commence on gazettal.
Schedule 1 amends the
Trade Marks Regulations 1995.
(regulation 3)
omit for up to 3 years
before restore
insert within a period determined by the Designated Manager,
substitute
(2) For paragraph (1) (b) the period must not be more than 3 years.
