I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Trade Marks Amendment Act 2006, fix 27 March 2007 as the day on which Part 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
