Trade Development Zone Act Repeal Act 2003

An Act to repeal the Trade Development Zone Act

1. Short title

   This Act may be cited as the Trade Development Zone Act Repeal Act 2003.  (See back note 1)

2. Commencement and expiry

   (1)      This Act comes into operation on the day on which, but immediately after, the Land Development Corporation Act 2003 commences.  (See back note 1)

   (2)      This Act expires on the date fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette.

3. Repeal

   The Trade Development Zone Act 1985 (Act No. 32 of 1985) is repealed.
