AN ACT to amend the Trade Descriptions and

False Advertisements Act, 1936-1953.

[Assented to 27th December, 1956.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Trade Descriptions and False Advertisements Act Amend- ment Act, 1956.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Trade Descriptions and False Advertisements Act, 1936-1956.

Section four C of the principal Act is repealed. 2,9_

repealed.

Subsection (1) of section four D of the prin- cipal Act is amended by deleting the passage, "and invoiced as provided for in section four C of this Act" in lines five and six.

amended.

4.    Section four F of the principal Act is amended amended

by adding after the word, "four" in line three the

letter "A".
