Trade Commissioners Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Trade Commissioners Act 1933.

Travelling allowance in Australia

1. Regulation 6 of the Trade Commissioners Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "$55.25" and substituting "$65.00"; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "$70.00" and substituting "$85.00".

Application

2. The amendments effected by regulation 1 apply in relation to an absence of a Commissioner from his headquarters, being headquarters in Australia or elsewhere, on official duty in Australia after 30 April 1982.
