Trade Commissioners Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Trade Commissioners Act 1933.

Commencement

1.(1) Regulation 2 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 10 October 1983.

(2) Regulation 3 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 May 1984.

2. Regulation 6 of the Trade Commissioners Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "$65.00" and substituting "$73.20"; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "$85" and substituting "$96".

3. Regulation 6 of the Trade Commissioners Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "$73.20" and substituting "$76.45"; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "$96" and substituting "$100".
