STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE TRADE COMMISSIONERS ACT 1933-1936.*

Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the

Amendments of the Trade Commissioners Regulations.
Regulation 15 of the Trade Commissioners Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by inserting after sub-regulation (1.) the following sub-regulation:—“(1a.) A Commissioner who is stationed at Nairobi or at Salisbury may, in addition to the leave of absence that may be granted under the last preceding regulation, be granted one week’s leave of absence for recreation in or in respect of each year of service at that post.”; and
(
b )by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words “the last preceding sub-regulation” and inserting in their stead the words “sub-regulation (1.) or (1a.) of this regulation”.
