REGULATIONS UNDER THE TRADE COMMISSIONERS ACT

1933-1973.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Trade-Commissioners Act 1933-1973.

Amendment of the Trade Commissioners Regulations

Salaries.

1. Regulation 5a of the Trade Commissioners Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following sub-regulation:—

“ (1) The salary, or the range of salary, payable to a Commissioner to whom section 4 of the Act applies shall be that ascertained in accordance with the following table:—

Commencement.

2. The amendment effected by regulation 1 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 20 March 1975.
