AN ACT to repeal the Trade Associations

Registration Act 1959.

[Assented to 1 December 1983.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.   This Act may be cited as the Trade Short title.

Associations Registration Repeal Act 1983.

2. The Trade Associations Registration Act Repeal. (Act No.

1959 is repealed. of 1959.) 79
