   TOXIC AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES REPEAL REGULATIONS 1991

   Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
   Citation
   1. These regulations may be cited as the Toxic and Hazardous Substances
   Repeal Regulations 1991.
   Commencement

   2.   These regulations shall come into operation on 12 April 1991.

   Repeal
   3. The Toxic and Hazardous Substances Regulations* are repealed.
