[ASSENTED TO 24TH NOVEMBER, 1910.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in. Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :.- Sborttitleand. 1. This Act may be cited as " The 'IoronBViUe Harbou1< c o o f n A st c r t u . ction B oard .L " 1.cts Amendment Act of 1910,' , . an d sha 11 b e rea d as one with" The Tou)nsville lIarbour Board Act, 1895/' and .' The Townsville Ha,rbour Board Act, 1895, Amend- ment Act of 1897,"* and may be cited together with those Acts as "The TownBVille Harbour Board Acts, 1895 to 1910." Increase of limit of borrowing powers to £350,000. 2. In section twenty-six of" The TOUJnsville Harbour Board Act, 1895,"t the words" 'rwo hundred B,nd fifty thousand pounds", where they twice occur, are repealed, and the words "Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds" are respectively inserted in lieu thereof.
