This regulation may be cited as the Townsville City Council (Douglas Land Development) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Townsville City Council (Douglas LandDevelopment) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Approval of concept plan under s 10 of the Act) 3.(1) Section 2, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Approval of concept plan—Act, s10 ’. (2) Section 3, ‘plan*’— omit, insert— ‘plan 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Approval of master plan under s 23 of the Act) 4.(1) Section 3, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Approval of master plan—Act, s 23 ’.
