This regulation may be cited as the Townsville City Council (Douglas Land Development) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Townsville City Council (Douglas LandDevelopment) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Insertion of new s 3 3.
