Town Planning (Buildings) Uniform General

Amendment By-laws 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These by-laws are the Town Planning (Buildings) Uniform
General Amendment By-laws 2016.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows —

(a) by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws

are published in the Gazette;

(b)	the rest of the by-laws — when the Public Health
(Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 section 5 comes into operation.

3.             By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Town Planning (Buildings) Uniform
General By-laws 1989.

4.             By-law 21 amended

In by-law 21(3) delete “Health Act 1911” (each occurrence) and

insert:

Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911
