TOWN PLANNING (BUILDINGS) UNIFORM GENERAL AMENDMENT

BY-LAWS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Town Planning (Buildings)

Uniform General Amendment By-laws 1993.

By-law 26 inserted

2.      After By-law 25 of the Town Planning (Buildings) Uniform General

By-laws 1989* the following by-law is inserted —

Offences and penalties

26. Where, by these by-laws, anything is directed, or forbidden, to be done, any person failing or neglecting to do anything so directed, or doing anything so forbidden, commits an offence and is liable to a penalty not exceeding $500. 31
