Town Planning Appeal Tribunal Amendment

Rules 1999

Made by the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal under section 55(2) of the
Act.

1.             Citation

These rules may be cited as the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal
Amendment Rules 1999.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation on 1 July 1999.

3.             Rule 5 amended

Rule 5(2) of the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal Rules 1979* is amended by deleting “$220” and inserting instead —

“ $250 ”.
