TOWN PLANNING APPEAL TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT RULES 1997

Made by the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal under section 55 (2).
Citation

1.     These rules may be cited as the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal

Commencement

2.     These rules come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Rule 5 amended

3.     Rule 5 (2) of the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal Rules 1979* is

amended by deleting "$160" and substituting the following —

$190 ".
