TOWN PLANNING APPEAL TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT RULES 1995

Made by the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal under section 55 (2).

Citation

1.     These rules may be cited as the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal

Amendment Rules 1995.

Commencement

2.     These rules come into operation on 1 July 1995.

Rule 5 amended

3.     Rule 5 (2) of the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal Rules 1979* is

amended by deleting "$100" and substituting the following —

" $130 ".
