TOWN PLANNING APPEAL TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT RULES 1994

Made by the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal.

Citation

1.     These rules may be cited as the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal

" $100 ".

Amendment Rules 1994.

Principal rules

2.      In these rules the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal Rules 1979* are

referred to as the principal rules.

Commencement

3.      These rules shall come into operation on 4 October 1994.

Rule 5 amended

4.      Rule 5 (2) of the principal rules is amended by deleting "$63" and

substituting the following —

Form 1 amended

5.      Form 1 to the principal rules is amended by deleting "My address for
