Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Town Planning and Development Act (Appeal) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Commencement

25 September 2001 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5297

3.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(3) of the Town Planning and Development Act
(Appeal) Regulations 1979* is amended by deleting "$250." and
inserting instead -

" $265. "
