Town Planning and Development Act (Appeal)

Amendment Regulations 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Town Planning and Development Act (Appeal) Amendment Regulations 1999.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1999.

3.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(3) of the Town Planning and Development Act
(Appeal) Regulations 1979* is amended by deleting "$220" and
inserting instead —

" $250 ".
