AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Town Planning and Development Act (Appeal)

Amendment Regulations 1998.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1998.

Regulation 4 amended

3. Regulation 4 (3) of the Town Planning and Development Act (Appeal) Regulations 1979*

is amended by deleting "$190" and substituting the following —

" $220 ".
