TOWN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT (APPEAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Town Planning and Development

Act (Appeal) Amendment Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Regulation 4 amended

3.     Regulation 4 (3) of the Town Planning and Development Act (Appeal)

following — Regulations 1979* is amended by deleting "$160" and substituting the
