AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Town Planning and Development

Act (Appeal) Amendment Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1996.

Regulation 4 amended

3. Regulation 4 (3) of the Town Planning and Development Act (Appeal) Regulations 1979* is amended by deleting 1130" and substituting the following —
