AN ACT to amend clause ten of the First Schedule and clause three of the Second Schedule to the Town Planning and Development Act, 1928-1943.

[Assented to nth January, 1945.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:

1.    This Act may be cited as the Town Planning and Short title.

Development Act Amendment Act,1944, and shall be read

as one with the Town Planning and Development Act, 1928 (No. 39 of 1928, as amended by the Act No. 16 of 1943), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Clause ten of the First Schedule to the principal Act is amended by inserting the words "for residential
