AN ACT to amend sections twenty-one and twenty- five of the Town Planning and Development Act, 1928.

[Assented to 20th October, 1943.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Town Planning and Development Act Amendment Act, 1943, and shall be read as one with the Town Planning and Development Act, 1928, hereinafter called the principal Act.

Short title.

2. Section twenty-one of the principal Act is amended by inserting after the word "conveyance" in line one of

Amendmentof a. 21 of the

principal Act.

subsection (1) the words "lease for any term exceeding

twenty-one years."

3. Section twenty-five of the principal Act is of a. 25 of theAmendment

amended principal Act.

(a)

by inserting after the word "conveyance" in

line three of subsection (1) the words "lease

for any term exceeding twenty-one years ;"

(b)

by inserting after the word "lease" in line five of subsection (1) the words "for any term ex- ceeding twenty-one years;"

4. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be citation of

cited as the Town Planning and Development Act, 1928- principal Act.
