REPEAL OF BY-LAWS RELATING TO ADVERTISING DEVICES,
HOARDINGS AND BILLPOSTING

Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Town of East Fremantle resolved on the 6 April 2004 to repeal—

By-laws relating to Signs, Hoardings and Billpostings—Draft Model No 13 as

published in the Government Gazette on 4 March 1977; and

By-laws relating to Advertising Devices, Hoardings and Billpostings as

published in the Government Gazette on 7 August 1987.
