An Act to revoke a proclamation commencing provisions of the Tow Truck Industry Act 1987 and to enact provisions consequent on the revocation of the proclamation. [Assented to 6 July 1988]

Tow Truck Industry (Revocation o f Proclamation) 1988

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Tow Truck Industry (Revocation of

Proclamation) Act 1988.

Commencement

2.     This Act commences on the date of assent.

Revocation of proclamation under sec. 2 of the Tow Truck Industry Act 1987

3. (1) The proclamation made under section 2 of the Tow Truck

Industry Act 1987 and published on page 1526 of Gazette No, 52 of 11

March 1988 is revoked and shall be taken never to have been made.

(2) This section does not affect anything else duly done or omitted under

the Tow Truck Industry Act 1987 before the commencement of this Act,

(3) A proclamation may be made under section 2 of the Tow Truck Industry Act 1987 as if no other proclamation had been made under that section.
