2 Tow-truck Amendment (No. 3) No. 321, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Tow-truck Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Tow-truck Regulation 1988 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.5 (Interpretation) 3. Section 5— insert— ‘ “approved form” means a form approved by the chief executive of the department under section 6; ’. ˙ Replacement of s.6 (Forms) 4. Section 6— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Approved forms ‘6.(1) If this regulation allows or requires a person to give a form in the approved form, the chief executive of the department must approve a form for that purpose. ‘(2) A person may request the chief executive of the department to give to the person a document setting out an approved form. ‘(3) The chief executive of the department must promptly comply with a request under subsection (2). ’. ˙ Amendment of s.9 (Application for Licence to operate tow-truck) 5.(1) Section 9(1)— omit ‘ form prescribed ’, insert ‘ approved form ’. (2) Section 9(2)—
