2 Tow-truck Amendment (No. 1) No. 154, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Tow-truck Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Tow-truck Regulation 1988 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of Schedule 3 (Certificates) 4. Schedule 3— omit, insert— ‘SCHEDULE 3 ´ ‘FEES section 7 ‘ The fees set out opposite the following applications are the fees payable in relation to those applications— (a) for a licence or renewal of a licence (per tow- truck) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
