TOW TRUCK ACT 1989 NO. 158 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Tow Truck Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 November 1990 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (being Parts 2, 3 and 4, sections 67, 68, 70, 72-84 and 87 and Schedules 3 and 4) commence.
