I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Tow Truck Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 27 April 1990 as the day on which Parts 1, 5 and 6 and sections 69, 71, 85 and 86 of that Act and Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
