TOW-TRUCK ACT 1967 - REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Tow-truck Act 1967, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 20 July 1990.

Amendment

2. The Tow-truck Regulations 1969 are amended by omitting

Schedule E and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

   EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Regulation increases fees payable in connection with the administration of

the Tow-truck Act 1967 in line with the general movement in prices.
