No. 68 of 1970.

AN ACT to amend the Tourist Act, 1959-1965.

[Assented to 17th November, 1970.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Tourist Act

and citation.

Short title.

Amendment Act, 1970.

(2) In this Act the Tourist Act, 1959-1965 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Tourist Act, 1959-1970.

to s.10A.

2. Subsection (4) of section 10A of the principal shall not in any one year exceed in the aggregate one hundred thousand pounds" in lines four, five and six the words "but the amount of the moneys so borrowed shall not in any one year exceed in the aggregate such amount as the Treasurer approves".
