I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 52(1)(b) of the Tourism Tasmania Act 1996 .9 December 2002

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Tourism Tasmania Order 2002 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Tourism Tasmania Act 1996 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4SubstitutionsEach of the provisions of the Principal Act specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 is amended by omitting "Tourism Council of Australia (Tasmania Branch)" on the number of occurrences specified in Column 2 of that Schedule and substituting "Tourism Council Tasmania Limited".
