I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Totalizator (Off-course Betting) Amendment Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 October 1991 as the day on which that Act commences.
