I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Totalizator (Off-course Betting) Amendment Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2nd October, 1990 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
